Service Description
Outdoor training at a private Suffolk County court. Exact location provided after booking confirmation. Sessions are held weather permitting. In the event of rain, lightning, extreme heat or unsafe court conditions, athletes will be notified of any schedule changes.

Cancellation Policy
**ZELLE PREFERRED**: kw@trainthewrightway.com 📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens and we value your time just as much as we value ours. 🔁 Rescheduling • Clients may reschedule prepaid sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice, based on weather and trainer availability. • Reschedules are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate. • All rescheduled sessions must still be used within the calendar month they were originally booked in. • Outdoor sessions are weather dependent. If a session must be cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions, it will be rescheduled or credited towards a future session. ❌ Cancellations & Refund Policy • No refunds will be given for canceled sessions. • No refunds will be given for No Shows. • Missed sessions without 24-hour notice will be forfeited. • Excessive no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in restricted booking access. • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all private training sessions, the deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the session, the remaining balance is due at the time of the session. 🕒 Respecting Time TrainTheWrightWay reserves the right to abide by the originally scheduled time for all individual and group sessions. Please arrive on time and prepared to train. Athletes arriving late may receive a shortened session.
